I know HVAC but not licensed to handle refrigerant. Technician did exactly what I needed and did work on short notice with no extra charge. Very thorough and curtious!

I KNOW they have to charge a service charge, but $75.00 in my opinion was a tad bit MUCH to tell me I needed new batteries in my thermostat. Rick was very courteous though, and said he hated that he even had to charge me for it.

Great work and good advise, Cost was not their problem as it was more the government that keeps increasing the refrigerant costs.

I would recommend Rick to anyone needing air conditioning repairs.

We do not currently have the funds available to upgrade our heating/air conditioning system. Eric discussed our options without a hard-sell then proceeded to perform the minimal necessary service to get us operational. When we're ready to upgrade, Air Comfort Solutions will be our choice.

I like the service and the tech. But, driving up in an ambulance was a first. It made me and some of my neighbors feel like some one instead of my air conditional were having an emergency. Also, it would be nice if the tech would have told me up front how much it would cost me to have the system fixed with a new motor up front. All he told me that the motor was no good and that he would have to take the old one back to the shop to see if he could get it fix. The next thing I know he called me the next day and stated that it was ready to be installed. I meet him there to install it and it worked just fine. Than he checked it out and wrote me up an invoice. On the invoice is when i learned how much my total bill was. It would have been better for the customer if he would have informed the customer before he replace the part . One that the part could not be fixed. Second, how much it would cost to replace the broken part(motor) if it needed replacing. He assumed that it was ok to purchase the item without letting me know up front the price of the item. Other wise, the service was great!

My gas furnace heating stopped working during a cold spell. It was a weekend. I called air comfort solution. Eric accommodated his schedule to show up and took care of the repair in a very professional manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
