Our air conditioner was not properly working at start of the season. Chris had someone come out the next day to check it out. They offered several options and in the end we had our ac unit replaced as well as the outdated heating system. They couldn t do the work for another few weeks but someone was sent out to provide a temporary fix on ac to hold us over, at no charge. Chris and technician Gideon were very helpful, beat other quotes we received, prompt, knowledgeable, conscious of their work, assisted with rebates and financing. I m very happy with the job.

The repair person was very friendly and knowledgable. They were great at explaining what was needed to be repaired and scheduling the repair. My only complaint is that I did not get a written estimate of what the expense would be - just a verbal estimate. I did receive a receipt via email but there was no breakdown of parts, labor, etc.

Great experience - we had two 25 year old gas furnaces replaced and Chris came out personally to give a detailed no surprises estimate; he was great at explaining the available options, answering questions, and, in the end, recommending the best value for our needs; the installation was done when they said it would be and the work was done very quickly, neatly, and conscientiously including the furnace equipment, humidifiers, and even new thermostats - I'm pretty particular and I would recommend this company highly

The install went well. They came and did it on a Sunday. They had previously come out to service my older unit and explained what they were doing and what the issue was. Also added a duct to a room I recently added. Very nice. Took care to protect our floors and not drag in any dirt. Explained the new thermostat and showed us how to operate. Very happy with the Trane unit. Much quieter than the old unit. I was given three quotes and felt no pressure on my decision.

Very professional, explained everything in detail including how to set up and use wifi thermostat. They were also able to reschedule around our son's illness.
