Thoroughly professional, fast and easy to work with. I'm a long distance landlord and tenants complained of loud noise from heat unit in attic. I called and they were able to accommodate me even though they were busy. He took pictures before and after, which I was very impressed with. These guys were a godsend!

After two previous heating and air conditioning companies told us our system needed to be replaced and was unrepairable, Galex came and told us the truth , that the capacitor needed to be replaced and a wire was loose. The system has worked great ever since . Thank You for your honesty!

The gentleman from Galex was on time, polite and customer oriented. Even though the work took almost double the amount of time he had estimated, he did not charge us a single extra penny. His testing of the gas pipe after he had fixed it was thorough. He was friendly through the service call even during times when the gas pipe was not cooperating with him. I would highly recommend Galex to my family and friends. Finally, we have not smelt any gas in our kitchen since yesterday morning...Not one bit. Good job !
