Thoroughly professional, fast and easy to work with. I'm a long distance landlord and tenants complained of loud noise from heat unit in attic. The gentleman from Galex was on time, polite and customer oriented. Even though the work took almost double the amount of time he had estimated, he did not charge us a single extra penny. His testing of the gas pipe after he had fixed it was thorough. He was friendly through the service call even during times when the gas pipe was not cooperating with him. I would highly recommend Galex to my family and friends. Finally, we have not smelt any gas in our kitchen since yesterday morning...Not one bit. Good job !

Excellent service by ALEX. Very customer friendly and a thorough professional. Really values the work he does. Alex spent lots of effort to quieten the sound from air conditioner and did very well. Also charges very reasonably. Highly recommend Galex heating.

Alex was very professional, courteous and thorough. He searched until he got to the real problem and also checked our ducting work and found the problem we have with the airflow to one of our rooms. We will be calling him back to do our duct cleaning in the very near future! Excellent workmanship and service!

Technician was on time, and fully prepared. I was particularly impressed with the way he showed me where vents, hoses etc. ran, including on neighboring roofs. In fact, I was so impressed that I asked for extra brochures for my neighbors. I happen to live in a HOA, and it is important to me, that my neighbors also use such a service.
