These guys are amazing. The home that I obtained these guys for was built in 1895. They met all the requirements to keep everything historically and structurally sound. They installed eight mini split units in a 2500 square-foot home. They even removed the two old “conventional” Air handler’s and several hundred feet of ductwork. They were able to provide wireless home automation controls to help us save money and easily adjust for comfort. Tripp and Peyton are excellent at what they do, Steve, their manager met and exceeded all of our expectations. We were even able to tie the new energy efficient mini split system into our solar panel array. I would recommend these guys to anyone!

Steve is extremely knowledgable about the entire process of installing furnaces. He checked out our existing furnace, agreed it was a goner, wrote up the estimate, gave us the date of the installation, supervised the technicians, and returned to do a final inspection of the completed project. This was all done within a week and at a very reasonable cost. He even gave us mini-lessons on the maintenance of the furnace. We were automatically enrolled in their company's maintenance program. He is also very friendly and courteous person.

We had a rather complicated job. Complete replacement and relocation of an older air conditioner system in an attic crawl space along with some additional ductwork installation. Steve came out and did a thorough review of the house for heat load and walked over the job to review the changes that were needed. He gave us a couple quotes, both for a standard system and for a 2-speed system to replace our old one. We accepted the quote for the two-speed system along with the additional ductwork. They were able to schedule us in to get it repaired within a couple days of us giving them notice. We were very happy with the prompt scheduling because the old system had decided to die while the quotes were being put together. The work took a bit longer than expected due to some access issues in the attic. However, despite the complications, they honored the original quote and we are very happy with the installation. My only complaint was a little bit of a mess as the installation and some minor damage to the walls from moving the old system out and the new system in. As complicated as the job was, this doesn't seem like too much of an issue all things considering. We will be looking at having AC ambulance do our service work going forward.

Our complete installation required two days. AC Ambulance was willing to loan us a window AC to get us through the first day. Our new unit was working at the end of the first day. We are happy with the installation and customer service.

Steve Bayer was a wonderful man, great personality. I had issues since Hurricane Katrina with the poor duct work that was installed. I had several people come out, no one could solve. He came right away and resolved the issue. I have two story home, and to avoid cutting the sheet rock and walling, he introduced a new system through the A/C system and it works wonderfully!

We interviewed 6 companies, 2 for each of the 3 systems we were considering. We narrowed it down to the Daikon system because of the 12 year manufacturer parts and labor warranty. After a bad experience with a York system, we decided to replace not only that system but our 22 year old Lennox too. Sydney, the owner, was by far the most responsive person we met during our seach. He came over personally and estimated the sizes and type of systems that we would need. Quietness was important to us, so he took us to a customer's home to hear the unit we were considering. We had received several quotes and he was more than willing to work with us within our budget. So far, both systems are working beautifully and our upstairs unit is so quiet, we don't know when it is running. Their installers were friendly and efficient and cleaned up after themselves, a bonus. Would I recommend them? Yes, very much.

past hx.. central unit went south, spouse called unknown A/C repair to check. Guy never took the service panels off to check..said compressor was shot need a new one (at$100.00 service call) So I bought a new system (because if it was indeed bad I'd never hear the end of it). Multiple phone calls to the neighborhood A/C guys, none wanted the simple install. Current...less than 10 minutes after hitting send on HA Sid called, project was discussed, I called the office and had a appointment for the next business day. Service person arrived diagnosed a bad capacitor, installed replacement and system is back humming along! (I'll put the new one in storage and keep A/C Ambulance on speed dial!) Thanks!
