The technician from Air Conditioning Concepts showed up on time and got started immediately on checking and cleaning our split AC units. We have a mix of old Friedrich and newer Mitsubishi units, and he knew how to service both with no problem. He was able to get 2 of the old units up and running by adding coolant to both and retaping the wiring on one of them. Throughout the process he was very polite, had a positive attitude and took the time to talk to us about the age and duration of our units, what he found while maintaining them, and how he fixed them. They came with masks and precautions as we were without a/c for several weeks during self quarantine where another company would not. They were professional and cost conscious per my request. Serviced and solved the problem quickly.

Previously, I thought I had found an A/C company that was reputable and reliable; but I was mistaken. Air Conditioning Concepts, LLC is ranked #1 for service, response and scheduling. Juvanny (their tech) provided excellent, precise and informative service on August 22nd. I feel this company is ahead of the AC Conditioning service game by taking photos of the work performed while at a customerâ s home. This permits a history building relationship of the customerâ s air conditioning issues and transparency for any of their tech's to have a clear cut view of when/what jobs were performed including the best solution. I will move forward to keep Air Conditioning Concepts, LLC referred by HomeAdvisor because honesty is paramount and showing up for the job as agreed is critical. As a customer, I realize that when the tech arrives they are responding to Customer's to a speculation only. After inspection, if something else is noticed (or when another company provides less than stellar service) they should be applauded for locating the underlying issue of a constant outside drip period. This is best local AC company. Great job, Air Conditioning Concepts, your the BEST!!! Again, I hope to build a continuous partnership with your company moving forward.

Their quote was the lowest, however, while performing the service the technician identified that the drum was also very dirty and asked if I wanted it cleaned for an additional $200 per unit! This would triple the cost of the service!! Was not impressed with that tactic and felt that I had been gamed into accepting a cheaper estimate for half the service knowing that most people would pay the extra charge on the spot. The office reduced the additional charge but still found the tactic as less than upfront. I very good technician who did a great job, just turned off by their business practice.

Quick response. Didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need...Just gave me options. Found an easy-to-fix problem and fixed it on the spot. Cost was VERY reasonable. This company is a keeper! Based upon this experience, I'm going to contract with them for regular service to my central A/C system.

First (and only) company that I called to mention a rebate from the electric company for AC servicing. While others ended up including it in their estimate, I wouldn't have even known about it had Air Conditioning Concepts not mentioned it first. I'm grateful, since otherwise I may have gone with a cheaper company, and actually still ended up paying more for service.
