he came & looked at my AC. he said the part i needed was no longer available. he suggested replacing my entire unit instead. he said he would call me in 2 days to give me an estimate on the work. he never called. i waited a week & called him. he said the unit could not be repaired. he tried to sell me a new unit. they cost $1000. today i went to my local Johnson Supply,bought the exact replacement, identical to the original thermostat, used my AC screwdriver to install it. i plugged it in and my AC/Heater unit worked like it was brand new! I did it myself! This guy is an ass and a liar! I fixed it for $60! I saved myself $940!

"This is a good comment. I failed this customer and she is letting you know. I try to have a 92% success rate. This is not your regular customer. She is one of a handful that can fix her own problem. Although I instructed her about safety if she decided to repair herself, this is how you would do it. She sets the example of " I can attitude"."
