My HVAC technician was Greg Littrell he was very professional. I had them come out and complete a maintenance on my AC. Greg was very thorough checked the unit in the attic and the outside unit, he also changed the filter for me. The most important piece of this maintenance was I had complained to the builder that the start-up on my unit didn't sound right and of course they just pushed it off and told me that it was exactly the way it's supposed be. Well, come to find out it really wasn't and I am so glad that I called and Greg found an issue that could possibly cost me thousands of dollars later. Greg suggested putting a soft start on the outside unit and a surge protector, I asked if he had them with him and he said yes, I asked if he could do it now and he said yes that was all I needed to hear and I said let's do it I don't want to pay 18k for a new unit later. Thank you so much for being so thorough and knowledgeable in your profession. Another item that I will not have to worry about who I am going to call for service.
