These guys will be the ones I call all day long! Not only professional, on time and knowledgeable, they came out the same day, & did the work. The price was very reasonable. We had some issues with the tenants the day after & Tony helped over the phone then came right out to teach the tenants again the next day how to use the thermostat which was also upgraded.

Tony was polite, professional. I wish he had left a little more room in the driveway for others when he parked his vehicle lol. A small thing in the bigger picture of the install, but as I'm disabled, access is important. My only down check was his arrival time, appointment was set for arrival between 8 and 9, but he got there near 10. A call would have reset expectations. Everything works great and I will be quite pleased to have him do the annual service on it next year.

After seeing the cracks in all three of the heat exchangers,i would highly recommened getting your central AC checked every year. It could have been bad for us with the carbon monoxide from the natural gas furnace floating through the house through those cracks. Highly recommend getting carbon monoxide alarms too!

We are extremely pleased with 'the Air Doctor". We didn't have an emergency, just wanted a second opinion. We've use "Home Adviser" before and were pleased. It was Labor Day morning when I submitted the request and within and hour we got the call from the tech saying that he was in the neighborhood and would stop over and take a look. His name is Tony. He is a very polite young man and really knows his craft. He found a solution to our challenge in less than 1/2 hour. We asked for an estimate and he gave it to us right away. So it was a "no brainer" for us to have him do the work on the spot. The first estimate came in at over $600. Even with the "yearly maintenance agreement" we paid less than half! So yes, we highly recommend the "Air Doctor".

Fast response for the initial call. Came out and evaluated the problem. Slow to get back to me on second call saying the problem still persisted.

A service man came the day we called. The installation was done the next day. Tony was informative and true to his word. We were pleased with their response and their work.

Tony did a great job. He was knowledgeable and got right to work. He kept me up to date on his schedule so we could work my project in. Calling the main office number was confusing, but once I had a contact number for Tony things were smooth. I would call him directly next time.

This company was out to our house within 10 min. after they called us. The heat pump was up and running within 30 min. The technicians we very knowledgable. Fantastic work!!
