Everything went well, Clay and his trainee fixed my heating issue with no difficulties. He talked me through what was needed at that moment and what might be needed in the future. He and his trainee were both professional and friendly at the same time. We are very satisfied with his work.

Clay with Air Doctor came out the same day (Monday) we put in the request on Angies List. He came with his girlfriend and a student. Clay teaches Heat and Air at Haywood Community College. He examined the HVAC system, determined it's motor had burned out and ordered the part. He has kept me informed about the status of the part letting me know he was still committed to completing the job. Today is Thursday and we have a working system in our home. I am very satisfied with the work that has been done. Highly recommend Air Doctor.

Installation, service, diagnostics and knowledge of sizing systems for any home is priceless. Another company quoted me almost $1100 for repairs, without specific itemization. I heard about Mr. Mosk from one of his clients on Facebook and gave him a call. He answered the phone, did not transfer me to someone else, and was there within the hour. He was extremely knowledgeable and provided a cleaning and maintenance of my system which immediately restored heater operation. He checked my system thoroughly, inspected my ducts, and advised on future maintenance to keep my system running smoothly. I was able to sign up for Annual Maintenance for only a bit more, without a trip fee. Total cost was $210. Couldn't be more pleased.

Clay was super helpful and knowledgeable about the inner workings and mechanics with hvac units. He took the time to throughly diagnose my hvac issues and explained it to me (someone who knows little) in a way I could understand. He was able to truly fix the problem and not just put and bandaid on it (which it was happened with other companies so many times in the past). His prices are fair and he’s courteous and helpful. 10/10 would definitely recommend and will be using his company exclusively in the future.

Air Doctor was fast, courteous, and did an excellent job assessing my AC issue and getting it back up and running! A+ service, they will be my first call moving forward and I would recommend them to anyone!

Clay was able figure out why the fuse blew on the backup heat due to another faulty component going bad. He also provided ratings of efficiency on all working components of my heat pumps. Due to the ratings he found a small leak had started in the coil.

Excellent work, very knowledgeable and great communication, plus on time service. Plan on using them in future as needs arrive.
