Mike did a fabulous and excellent job installing a mini-split air conditioning unit for our new sunroom! He has been our go to HVAC company for a long time and once again did an awesome job!

Mile was absolutely wonderful....it is Sunday....he came out to help me...we already did some troubleshooting Sat night.....so he knew exactly what to do.....fixed it in 20 minutes.

Mixed review but overall a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Mike the technician is very professional and courteous ("Good Mike"). If it was just him I dealt with, they would receive at least a "4" even though in retrospect it took way too long to diagnose the actual problem with my heat system. Mike the owner ("Bad Mike") was extremely rude, wantonly unprofessional and borderline hostile. I literally had to call the police after "Bad Mike" refused to leave my property. I agreed to a $90 service call. I agreed to pay an extra 90 dollars out of good faith since the original service call lasted beyond an hour even though "Good Mike" stayed longer... and longer than I wanted him to stay, yet he insisted that the problem was narrowed down to just two possibilities. So after spending $180 and still not having heat fixed, I agreed to pay an extra $180 of labor plus any parts if, and only if, heat was actually restored. After $180 on the initial service call, I expected them to be able to completely diagnose the system rather than spend another "4 hours" only to then tell me that 'oh no...your system is shot, you need to replace X, Y, and Z or just replace the whole furnace." By the way, we'll need you to pay another 180 to $360 in the meantime. And by the way, we want the money right now before we leave. We won't send you a bill. Um. No thanks. By the way you can leave the property now rather than try to bully me for more money. "Bad Mike" refused to leave at first. Only after I called 911 and the police showed up did he get off the property. Horrible experience. I paid $180 in good faith only because "Good Mike" tried to help the best he could, even though I only agreed to a $90 service call initially. To add insult to injury, after I tried to compromise with him with paying $180 despite not having heat restored, Mike the owner further insulted me and mocked me when I mentioned in passing that I was an Army combat veteran with three combat tours and attempted to ask for some consideration or at least to restrain his hostility as consideration. Unprofessional and unnecessarily insulted me without justification. All ego and no business candor. Still amazes me. I will never use them again. Too bad "Good Mike" has a boss like that. Ugh.

I hired them, the service person was polite and nice but told me I needed to replace a furnace. I called another HVAC Company and had them come by. They fixed the furnace for $200 rather than a new unit for $3000. That being said, the service pro was just over his head and did not have enough experience to fix the problem.
