I will definitely use Drainworks again Angel n Bo were very quick n courteous they changed out our faucet in our kitchen we told them that we would use them again when needed please let them know how pleased we are for all their hard work n professionalism n we will recommend them to family n friends

Drainworks came out promptly and fixed the problem under warranty. Seemed a little pricey for original work, but probably in line with other businesses. And they both offered and stood by their warranty! Pleasant to work with both the office personnel and the plumbers themselves. I would call them again.

Before work starts, get a WRITTEN estimate so you don't get a quoted a $180+ hourly rate and then get hit with a $740+ bill with NO itemized charges after a little over an hour of work. Be cautious!

It is always more difficult to provide an estimate over the phone for a water leak as our licensed plumbers need to be able to put their eyes on it to see how big/small the leak is. We're also more than happy to send you a copy of the itemized invoice that shows the yard leak and hose bib repair. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you."
