I do not feel the **JOB** WAS DONE RIGTH!

They do not go through the heat vents and air returns to clean them. They go through the duct work on the furnace. I had removed most of the heat vents and air return vents before they got there. When they were done, I asked them if they needed to show me anything and they said they did not. I am sorry that I did not actually inspect the areas before they left. What I found was dirt and debris scattered in 3 rooms. This included a bathroom, workroom, and the laundry room where the furnace is located. They did not vacuum the floors in these rooms before they left. I took me about 2 hours to clean up all three rooms. Not sure this job was worth $450. (included dry vent). The techs were very nice and friendly. Amy, who I set this up with, was also very nice and informative. I would not recommend this company Sharon V. in Westland MI

They were in and out in about an hour. Didn't have all services correct on order and had to reach a supervisor. I was told when I signed up we would be able to see how bad/clean our duct work was by camera. Was told by tech no cameras but they generally use their cell phones anyway but couldn't with our set up? Dissappointing. The ducts have never been cleaned in this house so we were anxious to see. The disinfectant was just a shot of spray into the duct work. The upstairs ducts were connected to the old coal furnace. I really would've liked to have seen before and after so I could give an accurate acessment.... Right now its just a guess. Hired be ause of reviews on Home Advisor.

From the initial phone call until completion, this company was polite, friendly, and professional. The guys that arrived, on time, to clean the ducts put covers on their shoes, were very polite and efficient. I would use this company again. They kept us informed of what they were doing and where. No complaints, rest assured they will do a great job for you.

I read the reviews and yes Amy is very sweet and kind. The men Kurt and Nick were so polite and answered all my questions with such patience. They cleaned up so good. Will definitely have them back when needed. Thank you so much .

THERE WERE NO PICTURES SHOWN BEFORE THE WORK STARTED. AT THE END THERE WERE VERY FEW PICTURES OF THE BEFORE. ONE INDIVIDUAL WAS NOT VERY CONSIDERATE OF THE DUST AND DIRT HE WAS TRAILING THROUGH MY HOUSE FROM THE CRAWL SPACE. I WOULD SUGGEST MORE ATTENTIVE AND PROFESSIONAL DEMEANOR BE PRESENTED.

Very professional staff performed an excellent job.

Prior to the come out I asked how loud the equipment would be since my husband does work from home. They insured me that it they would work around him and not disturb him during his work day. I do realize that this process could be loud so I wasn't expecting it to be noise free but the crew did not respect our situation at all. I was not happy with that aspect of the service.
