We were original happy with the speed that he was able to come out. His equipment is just a huge shop vac and air compressor. Thought we were getting a deal but then attempted to upsell on need to have a mold treatment. Showed my wife a picture of one of the vents but then could not recall what room it was in. Good thing we opted for second opinion. After calmer heads took over we started trying to figure out which room and cannot match the picture to any vents. I then decided to open on my own and take a look before second opinion arrived. I was shocked that our cold air returns (trunks we paid extra for) are still dirty especially in the middle so basically just blew the crap around. These pictures are screen shots off my camera phone and only 6 days since treatment.

Very nice and polite fellow but you can/should do this on your own. It's just a hose hooked up to an air compressor...tries to upsell you on going into the furnace to clean (which I assumed was part of the initial package). I'll just do it myself forever going forward.

While the person who assisted us was very kind and prompt in scheduling the service, and arriving - we didn't have any prior experience to compare it with. One suggestion we have is for the service provider to include before and after photos to better illustrate the improvements made. It would be very helpful for us to see the tangible results of the service. Additionally, we noticed a significant amount of dirt and dust on the furnace air filter for the next two days following the service. We're not sure if this is normal, and our furnace technician mentioned that it seemed like we didn't receive the full value for what we paid for.

John was very knowledgeable about air vents and duct work. We moved into our house 8 years ago and have no pets, but the previous owner did. I wanted to get the vents cleaned to remove any dust and pet dander. He identified mold in our vents almost immediately. He was able to clean all of our vents and installed a remedy for the mold. Very professional and he explained everything a few times to make sure I understood what was needed and could relay to my husband via phone call. Would recommend to anyone who needs their air vents cleaned.
