We had set a mid-day appointment (sometime between 12 and 3 with a call when on way) but the dispatcher didn't tell the plumber and he showed at 7:30 am (not complaining as we got the work done faster). Work was based on a time and materials basis, but I was unprepared for the large figure at the end of the work. I could have used some parameters or something as this was double my expectations from other work I had done previously. Frankly, while the cost may be fair for the work, I felt a little gouged.
