The guy (ErIc) did the work good cleaned the furnace and cooler. After a week, we need the help with Heating again. The guy came and showed my tenants how to use cooler and heating with diffrent settings. Nice guy. I strong recommend him.

It was a difficult project due to space restrictions and odd configuration from old construction. Air Flow Systems completed minor requirements of City Inspector and addressed mostly cosmetic concerns of owner. I suggested that a 'change order' for the extra work would be justified. Contractor 'waived' it off'.
