Air Flows Duct Service have been very professional at every visit. Since hiring them for the first time, I never used anyone else. They are courteous and kind, always on time and most importantly, I can trust that they will get the job done.

We just moved into a new home and quickly realized the previous owners did not do any maintenance on their dryer. The dryer wasnâ t drying and the check vent light was on. Air Flows was able to quickly come out to address the problem. They cleaned the vent and replace multiple parts. They did this professionally and at a very fair price. They went above and beyond to explain dryer safety and advised ways to continue to maintain the dryer. If you are at all worried about keeping your family safe and your fire risk low these are the people to work with. We will definitely have them out again if we have problems with any ducts in our home.

Do not, under any circumstances, use Air Flows Chicago for your home if you would like anything vaguely resembling quality, accountability, or customer service. We had Air Flows come out to our apartment to clean our dryer vent. In the process they had to move our washer and dryer unit, which is stacked, to access the dryer vent. The next time we used the washing machine, water drained all over the floor while we were out of the room before we were able to stop it. We had a plumber come out that told us the drain pipe was completely disconnected from the wall, and that the zip ties, which the plumber told us was standard-use for drain pipes, were cut and left on the ground behind the washer/dryer. The water has caused damage, and most likely mold, to the floor in our apartment, as well as damage to the floor of the unit beneath us. After two weeks of trying to get a hold of management to ask them to come out and even INSPECT the issues their shoddy work caused, they informed us that they would be unable to accept responsibility, despite the possible thousands of dollars in damage their employees caused, citing "company operating policies" that were clearly not followed. I have never dealt with a more dishonest, underhanded company, and would strongly warn potential customers to stay far, far away.

Air Flows seems to mostly do duct cleanings and minor repairs, and I'm sure they're OK at that. However, I hired them to install A/C, a furnace, and ductwork, and ran into some serious issues. Air Flows farmed out the entire project to a subcontractor, who was extremely unprofessional. They did an unbelievably sloppy job of cutting floors and ceilings, let radiator pipes leak all over my carpets, and even put their cigarette butts in my barbecue grill during their breaks. During the winter months, our furnace and ducts started making making loud noises, and eventually our carbon monoxide detector went off. It turns out that the chimney pipe was not built properly and had fallen apart, blowing carbon monoxide directly into my basement. By this time, the subcontractor's company had completely disappeared, and their phone was disconnected. I contacted Kevin at Air Flows, whose response basically amounted to "not my problem." He was of the opinion that the subcontractor is responsible for any issues, even though I hired Air Flows directly. Realizing that my warranty would never be honored, I hired another HVAC company to take a look. Since then I've spent about $2000 fixing work that was hazardous, not up to code, or just poorly done. I can't entirely blame Air Flows for these issues, since they didn't actually do any of the work or even supervise it. However, their complete refusal to take any responsibility for the work is pretty troubling. Just my $.02.

We recently opened up a new store. After we remodeled the store there was tremendous amount of dust in the ducts. We called Air Flows Duct Services. 2 days later an estimator came out. we were satisified with there price and hired them. they came out and cleaned the ducts and also serviced the furnace as well. were happy with there work and price. i recommend them.

The worker was very polite and knowledgeable. He showed me the problem area and also offered short-term and long-term solution.

The very nice guy who came to my house did an amazing job. I will use them again for sure!! Highly recommended.

They did a great job! Kind of embarrassing but I can't remember the guys name, regardless he was very courteous and knew what he was doing. Thankfully I'm now no longer worried about breathing in all the dust that managed to accumulate in the vents. I had no idea how bad it really was until I saw them clean it all.

Happy is an understatement. My house smelled very bad. Apparently a mouse died in some duct in the middle of our kitchen ceiling. I reached out to a duct company we used in the past for yearly duct cleaning but they were busy. My mom recommended Air Flows Air Duct to me because someone referred them to her recently and she was happy. I called them and they were were able to immediately come over. They found and got rid of a dead mouse with their special camera robot tool system. They made the horrendous smell go away. Our family loves these people so much! They saved us. They were very polite and thoughtful throughout the whole process.

Great service and I was very satisfied.
