Could not get a repair person from my home warranty for at least 10 days. Decided to pay out of pocket since temps were over 90 for the last 4 days. Patrick diagnosed and recommended replacement of the compressor and air handler at a cost of over $5,400 (even told me that the soldering by the installer was sub-standard, also, my thermostat and the capacitor that starts the motor had gone bad). Decided to get a second opinion... THANK GOD! The second repair company cost $49 for the service call, eight minutes after arrival, they had my A/C blowing cold... Turns out that it was a wiring issue (brown wire shorted out) and the technician said that all he had to do was swap the brown wire for one of the unused wires. I requested a refund of my $60 diagnostic fee (especially since they were WAY OFF on what the issue was!), no response from Air Gagers...

Honest & hard working

Upon sending an email request, I received a call back from Mr. Micah Gager within 1 minute. I informed Mr. Gager of My A/C not working and he stated he would be by in approximately 2 hours. He arrived at my residence in approximately 1 hour. Mr. Gager informed me the blower fan in my return came loose and preceded to fix it. Mr. Gager spent at lease 2 hours repairing the blower and remounting it. The A/C is now working better then before. I would definitely recommend Air Gagers. Top Notch work, very fair pricing and arrived earlier then stated. We were using a large company for 14 straight years prior to Air Gagers. Upon calling them they informed us they would not be able to send a repair person until the following day and late in the day (Temp was going into mid 90's that day and next). I highly recommend Gagers A/C. We will now be using Gagers A/C for all our A/C needs.

About 5 minutes after I made my request on Home Advisor, Air Gagers contacted me and arrived at my home within 2 hours. They obtained parts for my unit and made all repairs by the end of the day. The service was very professional at a fair price. I would definitely use them again.

Micah (owner) and Patrick (technician) replaced my duct work for two days in a very hot attic. They completely ripped out the old outdated duct work and replaced it with a much higher and efficient material. They worked diligently, professionally, efficiently, clean and organized. They made sure they completed the job to their specifications and my satisfaction. They did not rush the job in order to get in done. I appreciated their attention to detail and making sure the system performed correctly. Micah walked me through the configuration and design of the duct work. Everything was buttoned up properly and they left no sign they were ever there. Completely cleaned up after themselves. Micah had given me an estimate a few months back and he honored the previous quote. After the watching the amount of time and quality of work they performed, I felt Micah had given me a more than a fair price. They were on time and worked continuously to complete the job. Both gentlemen were exactly that. Polite, courteous and very respectful of my home, family and pets. Micah reassured me on their guarantee for both material and workmanship. The technician was the owner of the company. He is very knowledgeable and didn t pressure us to perform additional services like many other companies do. I will be using Air Gagers again in the future.
