Needed an expert opinion on mold spotting identified by home buyers inspection. They came out the next day, explained what was causing the problem and gave us an estimate to fix the problem that included a 15 yr. warranty transferable to the buyer. We were able to provide the estimate to the buyer and the closing went smoothly. We very much appreciated their prompt service.

AAir, Inc. quickly responded to my dilemma. Mold in my attic was discovered at a buyers professional inspection of my home. Two issues were the mold and ventilation. I would need two different contractors to address the mold and roof ventilation. AAir came in at a price in between two other contractors and he not only did the mold remediation, but also addressed the ventilation in the roof adding vents on the roof and permanently installing devices to prevent insulation from clogging the vents in the soffits. They were quick, polite, and they took care that nothing would be damaged. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
