Juan was great. The system that came with the house new was to small 3.5 ton unit 14 seer I was told I should have a 5-6 ton unit but Juan said that a 4ton 20 seer unit would do the job and he was right the Maytag IQ drive system will cool my house on a 100 plus day to any temp I want upstairs or down stairs at the same time. They also checked and sealed all my ducts and vent to reduce air lose and when the inspector came out even he said he was impressed by there work

I received a call from Air Kustoms before I had even finished reading their reviews. After a brief discussion I was told they could have a tech out within an hour and they did! It was actually 58 minutes. The tech Joe, I think, was young but very knowledgeable, friendly, thorough and informative. Within the span of a few hours of placing a call I had my issue diagnosed, and repaired. That was incredible!!! I have to say this company and their employees inclusive of the initial person who called me and the service tech are phenomenal!!! Bravo!!!
