He provided a complete explanation of the service performed to my system. He is great! I would highly recommend this company. Kashauan? spelling? was excellent. He discovered an issue with my dryer vent and it was resolved. Both men were super!

Tech was great and showed up on time. Gave me a quote of $450 which I thought was high but I agreed to the price. The tech told me he had to add a little Freon. This was a new heat pump that I installed. Told me he added 2 pounds of Freon but would only charge me for 1 pound $150. The system has a Freon capacity of 49 oz of Freon so no way he added 2 pounds. I checked the price of Freon I can buy on Amazon for $18 a pound so $150 was quite high. Like I said the tech was great very knowledgeable just that the pricing was a little high. The tech was at my house for an hour so $450 per hour is quite a high price.

Mike was extremely patient and answered all my questions. Completely satisfied with the HVAC installation. This is the second time I have hired Air Management for HVAC installation and I highly recommend them.

They left the place a mess. Did not clean up the plastic shavings or dirt, had to return to fix a leak the next day.

They were terrific

I received a finde product and good service from the company. The only issue was the original crew didn't connect the unit to the thermostat correctly and we had one cold night. We called the office and they promptly fixed the issue.

Mike, the salesman, ghosted me once I signed the contract. No return calls with questions and when I finally spoke to him he was arrogant, egotistical, and useless. Customer service is horrible. Getting someone to answer the phone is next to impossible. The unit is only a year old and I have had so many problems with it not working. The only reliable thing about the company is Gary - the tech.

Gary was awesome and very knowledgeable about our air unit that needed to be required. Thank you for your help you are awesome and will definitely hire you again!!!!

From the moment I met Mike Marchese I felt at ease. I'm a very decisive woman. I do my research and If you re a contractor by the time I call you I have a prity good idea of what I want. Mike spent about an hour with me walking through my home and listening to me and my ideas. He made suggestions based on not only my want but my needs. He explained everything never one making me feel rushed in the decision. When the day came to install a 4 man crew of John, Kurt, Cody and shane showed up first thing. Mike stopped by shortly after as the crew got under way.They were respectful and kept it as clean as possible. They worked well together getting all the units hung on the wall and run to the unit out back. When it was all done they cleaned up and it was like they were never there. A few days later after my electrician had done his part I called mike and he explained the next step in the process( inspection). This is a great group of men and have already suggested this company to my sister in law for her new home. Thanks to Mike, John, Kurt, Cody and shane for helping me not only improve my home but my quality of life this mini split is a game changer for us.

air Management stuck with me on a very complicated AC problem. They appeared responsive and kept at it until their determined that there was a pinhole leak in the copper piping inside the wall. I especially want to commend the efforts of Gary and Kurt who treated my home in a respectful manner, keeping it clean and working in a professional manner. They both deserve raises

I could not ask for better!! My gas fired, forced air furnace ceased working. Mr. Marchese arrived at the appointed time. He was very professional. He examined my old furnace and in a very short period of time made a quote for installation of a new furnace at a price almost half of what his competitors had offered and with a superior warranty. The NEXT morning a work crew arrived on schedule. All were very polite and supportive. They went about their task in an orderly and proper manner. Within 3 hours I had a new, working furnace. GREAT!!

They came and gave a free estimate for replacement of HVAC but I never received the written estimate. Don't know if the estimate includes all permits required or exactly what they bid on. The duct guy who came separately and was paid says he made some adjustments in vents but was unable to complete the job because of insulation in the attic and now it is colder than it was before. He also said he would sent the previous estimate for the HVAC and I gave him the correct email address but never received the estimate. Definitely lacks customer service.

Did a great job

I had a great experience with Air Management installing a ductless AC system in 2 rooms on the 2nd floor of of my house. Mike was very knowledgeable and advised going with an LG system. He was priced right, below 2 other estimates I had gotten. In addition to his favorable estimate, I had a good feeling from Mike and I'm happy with my decision to use him. His crew, Kurt and Cody, were very professional, quiet. and neat completing the job in 1 day. They really did a great job both inside and outside of the house. It was a job well done!!

Mike was a pleasure to work with,him and his crew installed a central air conditioning system in a house that never had central air. I'm very impressed with what they did in and outside of my house. when I met mike I didn't even think about another estimate,they were on time and completed the job as promised. You can count on air management. They didn't let me down,good job fellas keep up the good work.

Give me their best price up front which help me with my decision since I don't like nor have time for games. Came took care of job in a timely manner as promised.
