The Air Medic pros did a great job. I had two different people come out for two different jobs. Both were friendly, helpful, and professional. The amount of lint that came out of my dryer vent was amazing. I will be having my dryer vent cleaned regularly now with Air Medic.

The guy was very professional and really knew what he was doing and gave me a lot of infiormation that we never knew about since we've always lived in a single floor house where the dryer vent went right out the wall to the outside & ours is in the center of the house in finished basement but the vent runs a ways to get to the outside plus I didn't realize that the fan should be on when the dryer was on because our laundry room didn't have a fan. Our other house had a forced air heater w/air filter iinside but this house vent is in cathedral ceiling way up & he put on a new cover that we can get into to replace filters instead of in heater.A+

I was very pleased with this service. It saved me from a house fire due to the cleaning of the vent, saved me money on my electrical bill, kept me from having to buy a new dryer and afforded me piece of mind, knowing my family was safe and I would no longer have to take a full day for one load of laundry!! What this service saved me on my power bill, well exceeds the cost of the service which was affordable and well worth it.

It's hard at this time to rate the quality since it's only been a week. If the furnace runs well all season, yes I rate a 5. If it starts turning off or having problems, I will wonder how closely the tech looked at the unit. But for now, all is great!

Mr. Kelly made short work of what I had assumed would be a lengthy project.No mess and the job was done quickly.

Everything I read about heater duct cleaning was that to do an effective job would take 5-6 hours, this company was in and out in an hour and a half. I was told that they would show me if there were any "breeches" within the ductwork ,I was told there were none but didn't see any equiptment used to prove it. The ductwork up-stairs still blows no heat.

This was a new house but with significant dust/allergy issues. The crew was able to identify some duct problems, remove paint, sheetrock dust, etc. from the ducts and addressed issues of blockage I front of the furnace blower. Our allergies are much better after their work!
