Central A/C Installation
I called them from a referral because I'm new to the area. My AC was completely down and they fit me in same day. They got me up and running and the unit died again. I had already had another company come to the house and tell me I would probably need a new unit. These guys suggested a work around to keep the unit working longer. I opted for a new install. They were very fast to get my equipment and schedule the install. They are honest, polite and work quickly. I would highly recommend them!

I have been dealing with Air Nation since August. They have a 100.00 deposit. Its rare if the phone is answered! And if its answered Im hurried off the phone with a promise of a return call in an hour!!! Long story short, was promised to finally show up yesterday evening at 6pm to replace ice bin. NO SHOW. And yet again, no one answers the phone and mailbox is full!!!!! I would like to know (a name/ number) for owner of this company???? I have notes and dates and names of each call Ive made. Like I said to yet another employee that did answer a few days ago how do you stay in business? Well I just answered my own question. Your collecting deposits and then going missing!!!! Shame on you Air Nation!!!!!!

These guys are a little rough around the edges, but they re good hearted and they know their business. My ice maker was broken and they fixed it. We had a little hiccup with scheduling, but the end result is a working ice maker and a happy customer. I would recommend these guys.

Very poor customer service, lack of confidence in their ability to troubleshoot the issue, and not willing to take responsibility for the damage they caused. The first visit was fine and the guys did a good job trying to resolve the issue but found the main control panel to be bad and needed to be replaced. They ordered the part and two weeks later they came to replace it. They removed the front panel of the oven and installed the new control panel and everything was working, with regards to the oven. My issue is when they were replacing this they damaged the knob that controls the back burner and now it is not working. I called them back and they came out today saying this is a separate issue and it will be almost $300 to replace that part. This was working prior to them working on it and now it is not. If they had not taken that area apart to replace the panel. I would agree with them but this morning, they did nothing to troubleshoot this. The guy came out tried to turn it with his pliers and then stated it needed to be replaced. I will never hire an air nation for anything in the future. If they had taken the time to try and explain/show me how this issue was separate from what they had worked on before, I might believe them but the way he talked to me, leaves me to believe they messed something up and are trying to pass the cost of their mistake to me.

The old machine works like new. Amazing this machine was purchased in 1987 and only needed a belt replacement. Great they were able to find the part which was shipped from California to Florida. Other than changing water hoses, this was the only repair the machine (GE made in the USA) has needed since its purchase date 4-20-1987. It was repaired on 4-21-2020. The belt should have been replaced sooner to be honest. The agitation during the washing cycle is now much faster and improved with the new belt installed.

They did a great job of keeping the job moving along and staying on track. They kept the debris inside in house to a minimal by laying down drop clothes where needed. They also did a great job cleaning up once the job was completed. The team of 4 men each had their areas of expertise which showed that they were very knowledgeable in their line of work. I would recommend this business if you needed your ducts replaced in your home.
