They focused on air filtration - which was really needed; cleaning was less critical, but was also to be done. I did not know that with a new A/C, the air handler’s connection to the house ducts needed to be changed: lots of mold and ‘stuff’ in it after 10 years! My Installer Company did not say anything about that! This is something that should be made aware to the households.

He gave us a great-value quote to install a new system the following Monday, and the quote, contract, and communication were all professional and easy to understand. On Monday morning, Jeff and Jeffrey arrived right on time and completed the installation very efficiently. They explained exactly what they did, how the system operates, and made sure everything was working properly before they left. They also cleaned up thoroughly afterward, which we really appreciated. Jesse was our tech and did a very thorough inspection and service of all componets inside and outside installing new parts where needed. Jesse was very cordial and showed us worn parts as well as the new replacements. The sercice call required him to return the next day with an adittional part also. Ashley, from the Sarasota office, followed up the next day by phone and helped with some online computer advice as well. Overall a very good experience!

We will definitely hire AirNow again! They installed a new AC unit within 24 hours, which was important during the summer months. Very professional, timely, courteous, explain everything with patience, and friendly. The call center was amazing too. They seemed very concerned about our issues even though they hear from customers all day long, If they say someone will call back soon, they really mean it! Communication is outstanding. You know when someone is on their way to your house, who is coming, and you get a picture of the person.
