I hired Steve 12 years ago when I first bought my house in Corolla. He and his team did a complete inside and outside for 2 systems on Saturday turnover day. I have had Steve and his team do various repairs over the past 12 years and recently had both outside units replaced. Steve and his team are trustworthy and hard working and their service has not changed in 12 years. Keep up the great work Steve!

Great job . The young man who came was very knowledgeable and thorough. Diagnosed problem quickly . We had squirrel damage to air ducts . Expensive to repair but they did a good job. Also he took pictures and diagnosed our insulation problems while in the attic space. We later had more insulation put in . Turns out we were way below standard. Money well spent .

My AC unit stopped working on a hot Sunday in July. I called and left messages with a few AC service providers and Air-O-Smith was the first to respond and set up a service for 8AM Monday morning. The technician was there on time and had the unit back in service by 8:30. Very satisfied.

We knew we needed a new HVAC system and had 3 local companies give us estimates. Air-O-Smith was the most responsive, on time and polite of the 3 that came out. Because of their excellent customer service we chose them to install our new system. Steve took time to explain our options and provided service quickly. The system works great. We will be using Air-O-Smith for any future needs.

I cannot tell you how well informed Air-0-Smith was regarding the installation of our new Trane Heat Pump! They were very knowledgeable and worked steadily to complete the job! The helpers were grand and very kind during the installation. They put down runners throughout the house and cleaned up very well. Professional and attention to detail. The was the only vendor that took the time to examine our rental property to see what type of Heat Pump system should be used in the house. Learned that existing system was undersized. Partially explains why some complaints in summer over house temp. Installed correct system and corrected piping and airduct routing errors from the past.

They quoted a price and when something was needed in addition to the original price, they did not charge for it. They did whatever it took to make it right, without asking for more money. They worked with our schedule and kept us informed along the way. Steve Smith took the time to explain everything and did not try to sell more than we needed. He listened to what we wanted and provided that in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company.
