Central A/C Service or Repair
My initial call for service was on a Saturday night as my AC went down. I called their dispatcher to schedule a service call. I was expecting them to schedule me for Monday morning. To my surprise she said I will get someone within an hour or so. By 830pm I had a tech on site to resolve my problem. Within less than an hour....the tech had my unit up and running. My wife was happy and I signed up for a preventative maintenance contract. Everyone was happy!!! Outstanding Service Company

Heat not coming on, called, Douglas arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, drove to West Palm for a part, was back in an hour, had the a/c up and working within 15 mins. Very nice, knowledgeable man.

Very professional and courteous. Technician came when at appointed time and quickly took care so the problem. Work was done at my rental property in another city and I was not even there but I felt that he was very honest . After he got the unit working I asked him to change the inside thermostat also. He came back next day with the thermostat and did not charge for additional service call even though it was not part of the original problem. I was very impressed with their overall way of customer service including the office staff.

The technician was able to make it to my home before the scheduled time. He also stayed in communication with me to let me know at what time he was going to be on site. He was very knowledgeable and very professional . Was able to repair the issue and will order the correct parts on Monday, they have honesty and integrity. I highly recommend them!!!!

I used AirPlus after 2 AC companies told me 1) that the air handler was shot & I had to replace it and compressor; or 2) that it was the blower motor and they didn't make that Whirlpool part any more, so I'd have to replace both units. I found the part online at a wholesale distributor, so I knew that was BS. AirPlus came in 1 hr, fixed it on the spot for a reasonable charge. Needless to say I'm very pleased!

He was very knowlegable and honest. I highly recommend AIR-PLUS. Considering I paid for the Fan to be installed, they should of waived there trip fee. If a company is only doing the diagnostic then it is understandable, but if you give them the work to repair this fee should be waived.

When our 2 nd air conditioner unit failed we called Air Plus. He came out that same morning, diagnosed the problem quickly, replaced the part and was out of here before I knew it. He listened to all my concerns and answered them all. We asked for a quote for a new unit for the future. The called us with it the next day. Air Plus was very professional, efficient and fair.
