This company?s customer service is the worse ever! I bought a $9K AC unit from them in January 2024. The invoice included a 5 yr Bi annual preventative maintenance membership. They came out twice in 2024 and have since been no-shows and ghosting me. Do NOT do business with this company!

They installed both my units with MANY air leaks, p-traps and WAY under charged. Only after I filed a complaint with the ROC did they come fix the leaks and p-trap. He refused to check the coolant level even after I showed him what a 3rd party discovered. The ROC came and concluded that the units are WAY under charged and they still won?t come charge them. These units are running almost non stop every day and have been since the heat kicked in back in June. Coating me more money in electric and doing damage to the systems. I?d NEVER use this company again!

I'd give 0 stars if I could. They ghosted me of a second AC unit, and the 1 AC unit they installed burned itself down 4 months later. They have missed all their scheduled appointments, and haven't shown up for their warranty
