"I am very sorry if someone perceives that they have been "ghosted" by me. However to give some perspective. Lauren C's (according to my records) unit was installed in November 2020 (NOT 1.5yr). I do understand that problems with anything new is both costly and annoying. ALL new hvac units come with a minimum standard 5 year ALL PARTS warranty as well as an additional 5 year warranty if registered by the home owner. I cannot imagine ANY repair that would cost $2-$4k IN LABOR. Also I believe this was done at the onset of the Covid19 pandemic and I and my wife being elderly were sick and quarantined with at time an unknown virus. In any case I am very sorry that Lauren C. has had problems. I would suggest at this point to get a second estimate on repairs because as I said be fore (ALL PARTS ARE UNDER MFG WARRANTY) and $2-$4k in labor is very excessive. I do not make the equipment and have no control over manufacturer's defects. I am very sorry that there are problems with a (31/2 YEAR OLD SYSTEM). I am ashamed to have unhappy customers."
