I waited a few weeks to write this in case the problem was not solved (it was). I submitted my inquiry at 5AM on a weekend because the HVAC broke on a humid morning. By 9AM we had already scheduled his arrival for the same day, with no crazy "Weekend Service Call" pricing. I was extremely happy with their service and AirPro will be my new "go-to" HVAC Company.

We called AirPro after we got an estimate for the repair cost. They came the same day I called and gave me an estimate that was significantly less than the estimate from the other company. Lam was great and explained all the work he was doing clearly. I appreciated his knowledge and pride in his work. I highly recommend AirPro and would use them again.

They are awesome. Came when they said, performed the work, and explained everything they were doing. Most important, he was willing to contact my Home Warranty provider so that I could get some sort of reimbursement for my out of pocket payment. My others that I had contacted completely refused to assist with this step.

Central A/C Service or Repair
It took too long, more than a week to fix my air conditioning. He continuously tryed to justify the reason for why he will have to charge me more for work he had not done yet. He gave me the impression he was guessing at which part to change and justifying why it will cost of much. It was expensive for the 4 visits to my house. He was responsive but it took a number of visits and it took over a week

Excellent! Kam is very kind and professional. He explained the problem to me, and then fix the it. He also installed some tubings for us, so I'm able to solve the same problem by myself next time.

Central A/C Service or Repair
Biggest heat wave so far and AC goes down yesterday(Sunday). I called three other places recommended by neighbors and none could come out today(Monday). One couldnt come till Thursday. Kam responded within 5 minutes and was at my house within the hour. He took time to assess my whole system (pretty old), and explained everything thoroughly. Was able to fix for now. I will need to replace and will be staying with Kam and AirPro for my furnace/AC needs.

Kam (the owner) came out the same day I called. He put Freon in it to see if he could resurrect our 24 year old A/C unit. When that didn't work we decided that replacement was the only way to go. The job was completed the same day. Great company and great service.

Your A/C only goes out at 90 degrees. Air Pro responded quickly. The technician, Mr. Kam S Ng, fully explained what he was doing, what the correct reading ranges should be, and what was required to repair it. Reasonably priced and efficient service. You can't ask for more. Definitely my new HVAC company.

Kam, the owner of the business, showed up for the maintenance call. He made it a point to explain what he was doing. He would also go over the various checks/tests and explain what to expect and what was acceptable. I would hire him again.

Kam showed up within the hour of my initial phone call. Was professional, knowledgeable,, left me with a good feeling about understanding all my options and providing me with the best value for my money. He really wants to make sure his customers are well informed about the equipment and problem so that they can make the best decisions. Also, I appreciate him answering the phone on a Sunday evening at 8pm. He is dedicated to his craft and it shows.
