    I repeatedly mentioned the lifetime warranty put forth online by **experts**. No one disclosed that, at least, for the model being sold the warranty was 10 years, only if registered in no more than 60 days, or five years if late registration for warranty. Only the installer has the information to register the warranty. That made the warranty below the usual standard since it did not include labor at any time-just parts. They said that they were responsible for filing the warranty. Purchaser has no information necessary for self-filing warranty registration. Claims of being a major Goodman distributer in LV should have known that this unit is NOISY. It is like having a running old dishwasher or washing machine in each room served. This was not disclosed. Can be heard a distance away in non-serviced rooms. Even the cats look up to see what is happening when it turns on. It works hard to keep the room 4+ degrees below the set level with the floor even cooler by a degree or two. Cats have caught a cold since the installation. Installers were polite, easy-going, seemed capable during install

      We confirm that the owner/principal is not listed on the official state Sex Offender web site in the state in which the owner/principal of the company is located.
    6. Bankruptcy Search
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them.
    7. Legal Search for Civil Judgments
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
    8. Liens Search
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
