He took the time to explain exactly what was going on with our cooling system and made sure we understood everything. Very responsive company! As soon as I sent a message on thumbtack I got a response and a day later a tech out to our house for an estimate and got the job done same day! I couldn’t be happier. Dante took his time to explain the pricing, the condition of the vents (as seen in the picture it was not great before) and the work that needed to be done. I really felt that my concerns as a homeowner were heard. I never felt pushed to be uncharged for an extra service. It’s a very genuine company that cares about their customers and does honest quality work. I will be using them again!

No did get the job done

They were fast and communicated well. The only thing that was a little frustrating was they charged extra for using a ladder and compressor which I would think is pretty standard since vent was on bottom floor. It seemed to end up a little pricey but was convenient.

This company was a major disappointment. They overcharged me and ignored my initial request for a fire arrestor, which forced an expensive add-on to the bill. The work was sloppy; they left a mess on my roof and the chimney stack. Worse, while trying to clean up, they used my personal push broom to scrape the texture off my shingles and left debris on my patio furniture. They also proved completely unreliable, failing to stick to their schedule and showing up unannounced due to their own supply issues. Overall, I cannot recommend this company.

I have a simple chimney that needed cleaned. Air Pro quoted a price of $250 to $500. Figures mine is the $250 kind of job. I had a family emergency so left and wife in charge. They took advantage of her and charged her $400. She said it took them from the time they walked into the house to the time they left 20 minutes. I wouldn?t trust him to do any work for me

They were very thorough with their work. More than fair with their fees. Explained carefully the entire Cleaning process with recommendations for the future. Very pleasant to work with. Finally, amazingly they were on time!

Did Chimney sweep. Job was fine, professional and cleaned up after job. Issue was the quote and the work done. Quoted on text $249 to $499. I assumed lower quote is for an easy job, the 499 for something out of the ordinary. My job was easy, they were in and out in 20 minutes. I was not there, but my wife was and did not know anything, just said yes to $399. What in gods name would they do for their $249 quote ? I think they took advantage of my wife. I would not of hired them for $400. better cheaper options. Beware

The technician suggested the best savings that fits my house. I wish I got his name to put it in this review.

It wasn't abundantly clear that a cleaning might not be sufficient before the appointment and a deep cleaning would be substantially more money. But the guy was friendly and fair when I got there.

The company was efficient. The website stated a 20% discount for customers over 65 yrs old. When inquiring about the discount, the customer service rep who answered the call had no idea the offer was on their website. We were assured the discount would be applied as the customer is over 65 yrs of age. The discount was not applied. We paid full price. Inquiry was made several times via phone and text to the company to address the discount. To date, no response or refund has been received. The website did not list payment options. Credit card and checks were not options. The tech asked for Venmo payment. As we were unaware that Venmo was the prefered payment option, we were unprepared. A heads up would have allowed us to get that payment option in place. The elderly customer paid in cash. We asked for an itemized invoice and payment receipt. We received a payment receipt hand written from a confused tech. We contacted the company and received a generic invoice via text message.

Wouldnâ  t choose any other company. Using them also year round twice a year for general cleaning. Fresh air and no more coughing
