Alex is the real deal! Responded to my initial query within minutes; agreed to come give a free estimate same day (and arrived on time); immediately understood the very real complexities of the project; and offered a clear and concise explanation of what was needed and what it would cost. Started the project quickly and finished in the promised amount of time. Checked the whole HVAC system he installed, cleared away all the old systems and garbage, explained how it all worked, and said to call with any questions or concerns. He even helped rip out an old, unused washer softener that was leaking! Alex is professional, smart, fast, reliable, affordable, and an all around nice guy. I recommend him with no reservations - give him a call ... you won't be sorry!
