Bernard came out for a maintenance check. He checked and cleaned the unit. He was very professional, friendly and very helpful.

I am not sure which word to use! Absolutely terrible! No-show, no call, don?t return calls! I wish I had seen all of those bad reviews online before I contacted them. I just hope I can get my deposit back. The bad reviews online are accurate. I am going to start to file as many complaints that I can!

Technician "John" has always been knowledgeable, friendly and prompt with his service. My only problem is that the company uses a 3rd-party answering service and is sometimes slow to respond to questions and messages

Do not trust their sales/scare tactics!! They came out to "service" our ac and furnace once a year but it was really lore of a sales/scare tactics that they used to pitch their sales of new equipment.

I donâ t have any problem. They all have good experiences and know exactly what they are doing. Although they bought the wrong size of filter after put the AC in, they promised to come back with the right filter but forgot to do so. But that is not a big deal. Overall, nice work
