Full service operation, professional and extremely knowledgeable. The care completing the install was above exceptional, made the replacement an enjoyable experience. Ryan and Orlando made a perfect team for the tasks required. My personal thanks - awesome work.

This company practices in bad faith and will not take any accountability for their poor work. I paid 6500 for an air duct seal and other work only to be told my compressor was going bad in my unit is why the air was not coming out even they said it was because of the air ducts and recommend the air duct seal work. They did install a new unit as an act of good faith however two years later and we are back to square one with the proper work needed is duct work that is needed to be install in the attic. I was told that I still have to pay for the work done even though it was admitted the work was not done properly and now they want to quote me 10k for ductwork. So all in all 16k for misleading information and pricing and all In all over 17 techs have been out to my house repeatedly for the same thing and never said a word about needing ductwork done to fix the problem until now. This is classic fraudulent practiced by a shady business beware customer beware you will regret it.

Ryan was great, however I was charged 1074 even though no work was done. No improvements, no work done aside from finding out our compressor was busted. I would understand a 115 dollar service charge to come out here but 1074 bucks for fiddling with your ***** near my outdoor unit and in my attic to do a Survey of the duct work Bulls***. I started a dispute with my bank and you will be hearing from them and I soon.

Ryan Vaughn is most excellent. Did a fantastic job on my AC.

The technician took a PVC pipe from the central air pump and tried to clean it by hitting the pipe on the cement driveway. I told him to stop as he could crack the pipe. I then hosed the pipe to clean it. He replaced the pipe and said the a/c was repaired. I paid him $150.00 cash. His taking the pipe off did not fix the problem I called many times for a refund and got nothing. The technician at Air Conditioning Air Pros Ocala is not qualified. The technician only graduated high school, not even a technical air-conditioning school.

It seems as if technician/company was more concerned about selling a new heating unit then resolving the issue with the current unit I had. After 2 failed attempts I had to hire another company to resolve my heating issue.

Richard Shaw and this company was great! I really appreciated Richard's listening skills and not trying to sell me something I did not want. I wanted a repair estimate for my old furnace. I did not want a new system. Richard figured out the problems and provided a fair estimate of repairs. Ivan was sent to provide the service after quickly acquiring the parts. This company is fair, honest, and kind!

I had a technician come out to do a diagnostic on my heating system. I was given an estimate of $400 to repair the issue. A couple days later I received a call informing me that the estimate they gave was incorrect and they would not be able to do the job at that price. I was then offered the job at almost double what the original estimate was and told the ?offer? was only good until the end of the week. I informed them I would not be using their service and requested a refund of the diagnostic fee which they agreed to issue but did not issue until a week later when I called back inquiring about the credit which I found out was never processed. Very unprofessional and I felt like I was being hustled.

Do not trust their sales/scare tactics!! They came out to "service" our ac and furnace once a year but it was really lore of a sales/scare tactics that they used to pitch their sales of new equipment.

I would like to give OSHS a great review but I cannot There are several reasons. The job took much longer than it should have. It should have been done in one or two weeks at the most. It took them almost two months! Started Aug. 12th and completed Oct. 8th! They failed inspection several times. They left a 9 to 11-foot hole uncovered for about 3-4 days before a city inspector told them it was to be covered at night. They were supposed to have had a city inspector on-site the entire time where were digging the part from the edge of my house to the street. They did not. When filling in the hole they pushed my sod into the hole with the dirt. They were supposed to put down plywood on my lawn before starting digging. They did not. This information was given to me by the guy who came to pick up the Bobcat that set in my front yard for 5 days after the hole was filled. My entire street was blocked for almost two weeks and then another 2 weeks with just one lane open. They broke my front step, which they acknowledged, but took almost two months to replace. They brought the wrong size pipe replacement several times. They way overcharged me, my fault there, for not getting several bids. Charged me almost $26,000.00! Their failures go on and on, but I am limited to characters I can type here. Anyway, do your homework, and please do not use OneSourceHomeService for sewer line repair.
