From the first conversation, Jeff was fantastic to work with. I immediately felt comfortable and confident in his expertise. What I liked best was that because of being an independent consultant (free from product sales), I could have total assurance that he was simply looking out for my best interest, not just trying to trying to sell me a product. He made sure to fit within our scheduling needs and spent quality time getting to know the property and he reasons behind why he was called. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and willing to lend expertise for future home improvement project to ensure it’s done right.
