I've used Ross many times to maintain my furnaces and AC units. When our furnace finally expired (after 23 years), Ross came in on the weekend and installed a new one in hours. It sounds and works perfectly. I cannot recommend Ross and AQC enough.

They are very professional and on time. He explained everything he did on the service and told the things to look for. I would recommend them.

Very quick response, would have come the same day if I were home. Furnace blower would not come on, tech came out the next day. The tech diagnosed the issue as a bad control board and got a replacement part installed the same day. Another repair service said the board, motor, and capacitor needed to be replaced which was not true. The AQC tech explained and showed exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done. Very trustworthy and beat everyone else's price to boot. This is my new furnace guy. Highly recommended.

I had been told by another company that my humidifier was "shot" and replacement would cost $1200. Since I was able to buy a replacement for 200, I was sure I was being ripped off. So I called ACQ and they installed the new humidifier (and included an outdoor sensor) for $150. Ross was professional, friendly, and explained everything he did. I immediately asked to sign up for regular service because I was so impressed with the professionalism and the value. I highly recommend them.
