I wanted our air vents cleaned for a long time, reviewed a good number of them. I finally decided on Air Quality Systems and they did not disappoint. KJ, the customer service rep who took my call explained the process - what to expect and how payment is processed. She was excellent! The technicians assigned to do the job, Miguel and Jorge, were very thorough. Miguel explained what to expect, answered our questions. They did a thorough cleanup after. The process took a whole day but I believe it was all worth it. The service was done November 5th. I purposely held off on posting this review until after Thanksgiving. My son who develops severe allergies every time he visits said he can smell clean air when he entered the house. No allergies this time. I also had my regular HVAC technician come 2 days after the air duct cleaning was done. My HVAC tech also gave his approval.

We had a great experience with our air duct cleaning and dryer vent service. Alan and Manuel arrived on time and were incredibly courteous and polite throughout the entire process. They were meticulous about cleanliness, covering all of our furniture to ensure no dust interfered with our home. They vacuumed as they worked so there was no mess left behind, which we really appreciated. They were both very efficient and thorough, and we truly felt like we received a high-quality cleaning. We had no idea how dirty our ducts were, and we could not have asked for a better job. The pricing estimate was very fair, and they even provided a healthcare worker discount, which was a thoughtful touch. Since they were already there for the duct system, they also added our dryer vent cleaning at a discounted rate. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing air duct cleaning services! Air Quality Systems is the BEST. They provide a quote and that is the amount you pay - no surprises. Tim Taylor, customer service rep scheduled the service to clean my ducts. He was very professional and knowledgeable of the process. Alan came on time with his assistant & did a PROFESSIONAL cleaning and explained the process as he moved from one area to another. When he and his assistant came into my house, they slipped on "paper booties" over their shoes! I was amazed!! I have had many service companies come to my home, however, NON of them slipped on booties. I would HIGHLY recommend AQS! Also, I was so impressed with Tim Taylor, I called & spoke to his manager, Duncan, to let him know how Tim presented himself on the phone and answered all my many questions without getting irritated. Had HVAC duct & vent cleaning done on February 9, 2026. Alan and Josue did an excellent job. They were professional, courteous and did quality work. I highly recommend Air Quality Systems.
