He was a pleasant quite worker who did not get stressed out when the job turned out to be more complicated than he had first diagnosed. He took it in stride and I paid the extra with no problem. It was obvious that the unit needed a lot of work.

A dispatcher contacted me within minutes of me submitting my request on Angi and was very helpful. The specialist arrived on time of the appointment, was professional and courteous, and took time to diagnose and fix my central A/C malfunction. The work was done meticulously and I really appreciate that the technician went above and beyond to make sure the issue doesn't recur. I would gladly contract this business again and will wholeheartedly recommend it to others.

Very bad experience. My house has a old AC system. stop working today. it used to work very well. Mark did show up on time. but he just opened the cover, told me it is a junk, and plan to charge me $90 and leave. I insist him to look into the issue further, but he still can not figure out what is wrong. after 5 mins he used multimeter checking the wire there and here, then he realize he should check the fuse in power outlet. the fuse is blown, that is the real reason condenser is not running. he replaced the bad fuse, but condenser is still not running. I highly doubt he connected wrong wires because he told me it does not matter how you connect four wires. (two black, two yellow wires). Wasted $90 dollars and have to hire another contractor to take a look. you decide you should hire him or not based on what I described above.
