    For some reason, the back half of the house is 3-4 degrees warmer. Their expert decided we needed new ducting in the area. They had to revisit to fix their work, finally finishing mid-September 2022. The outside temperature was heading down. It wasn't until this summer that we realized that we had spent $2,050 for no change in the house's internal temperature. We called to have them come back to figure out what they did wrong. They wanted to charge us $59 for their technician to survey the ducting to possibly figure out the issue. These are not experts.
