I would recommend checking this company out if you are in the market for a new A/C. I am no a pro myself, but it has been said that installation is a major factor in the success of the project, and so far I have no complaints/excellent results. Communication is great and the company has been very helpful in small needs/questions since the original installation, which is important since the A/C is a long term investment.

Typically calling an A/C guy is scary because you have no idea how much $$$ we're talking about. Eric came into our home and explain to us step by step what he was going to do and delivered spot on. Was patient enough to explain what went wrong and how issues could be avoided moving forward with our A/C system. Very very impressed with the service and the work, 5 stars all day!

The young man who came to fix the heat was very nice and polite. He took his time checking everything to see the problem. He explained the problem to me and fixed it. Very happy with the service. We actually enrolled in the service plan so they will be checking on us again in about 6 months. Made my wife very happy because she was cold! Happy wife, happy life! Thank you!

Eric was very friendly, explained everything that was wrong with my system and made recommendations on how to maintain it. They only charged me the service fee to come out and fixed the problem at no extra charge. Also gave me quotes for a future services I may need.

Eric was very prompt and thoroughly explained the work that was needed to be done along with the parts required for repair. He also explained the preventative maintenance that should be done so as to extend the life of the components. I would highly recommend him if you are in the Riverview area needing A/C work done.

Eric came out at last minute and waited for me to arrive home from work. He was very nice, professional and knew his stuff. My AC just decided not to cool anymore and just run my electric bill up. He diagnosed my issue in minutes and fixed it. Price was very reasonable. I would very much recommend and will use again if needed.

We highly recommend Air-Ric s A/C. Our upstairs air conditioner was old and stopped working. Eric came to the house an hour after I called and a brand new unit was installed and keeping us cool by the next day. He was knowledgeable, courteous and went above and beyond by servicing a couple things on our downstairs A/C at no charge! Do yourself a favor and call Air-Ric s if you need a dependable A/C and heating company.

I highly recommend them! As a first time home buyer and someone who (if they can) will make the effort to attempt a repair first this issue was beyond what the internet and Youtube could shed light on. I turned to Home Advisor (my first time using a service like this). I got a call within minutes of submitting my repair request. They got more info, asked me questions and confirmed the time. I got updates when the tech was scheduled, and on his way. Eric was awesome! He was fast, professional, very detailed, clean and genuinely wanted to help. He showed me pictures of the temps and explained everything about the system. He explained how the system did not have enough gas to work correctly. He showed me the results of the repairs. He looked over all the components and was honest about the current setup and potential issues as well as how to fix them. I signed up for the membership without hesitation. I will be contacting Eric for all of my AC needs. I can not recommend them enough.
