About us

AirSafe is a state-of-the-art mold detection company providing a broad range of options tailored to each customer's personal objectives. Our Certified Mold Inspector has an engineering degree from Johns Hopkins University. We utilize the latest advances in the investigation and evaluation of mold - including a Moisture Meter, a Laser Indoor Air Quality Particle Counter , plus temperature and humidity readings. Our procedure includes visual and instrument inspections as well as surface and air testing. Our sampling techniques provide the most accurate and detailed mold analyses available. We also provide the most extensive written report available - including a full laboratory report with a separate section on " implications". We can also provide consultation on state-of-the-art air purifications systems to improve indoor air quality. WE ONLY PERFORM MOLD INSPECTIONS AND MOLD TESTING. We DO NOT perform remediation services as that might create a conflict of interest.

Great guy. Really cares about people and air quality. Can't say enough great things about him. This was a couple of years ago so I don't remember his name, but I remember his dog that can smell mold, and I remember how he got into this business because he son got sick from mold poisoning. He really cares about this work and he wants everyone to be safe and healthy. This is the guy to go to. He also didn't charge me for a few extra things because he cared so much.

Tony is very professional and willing to explain everything to expect from your first conversation with him on the phone. He is prompt and very systematic. Once the results return, he encourages you to call him and ask any questions you may have. I will use him again once I complete remediation.

Mr. Palumbo arrived promptly on the test date. He took the time to explain the process involved, the purpose of the inspection/testing, and answered my questions. We spoke a number of times on the phone and took his time to explain any concerns. He always returned your calls. His written followup report was useful and educational. The report served as a basis to have mold remediation done. After the mold remediation project is completed. I will not hesitate to call Mr. Palumbo to do a "post inspection" of my house.
