They went above and beyond to get here quickly, and as it turned out, it ended up NOT to be the thermostat, but the technician, Rob, knew that the thermostat was telling him the problem was in the Air conditioner so he went out and investigated and found a mouse nest inside the unit—it had chewed through two wires. Rob fixed the problem, got it back to normal, and it works beautifully! I found both David and Rob very friendly. I'd use them again.

This was a repair on AC breakdown on one of the hottest days this year, on a Sunday! David arrived on time, found the problem quickly and got it redolved quickly. The price was more than reasonable considering it was Sunday afternoon and not a scheduled appointment.

We had other companies look at the issues we were having (Not getting enough cool air to the second story) and it seemed like the theme was to replace large items for ~$3,000. Air sales came in and found that the issue could be resolved by recharging the air conditioner and clearing out a drain pipe. Refreshing to have a service provider fix the actual problem instead of trying to sell products.
