Very disappointing. I had Joe and Juan come to my house for an estimate to remove mold from my attic. I thought everything went well. They both seemed very nice and understood what I needed because I was selling my house, I was told that they could come the next day which was great. I was told 3 guys would be at my house at 8:00 A.M. and it would take 4hrs. The next morning, 1 guy showed up at 8:45 and was here until 5:00 P.M. when I asked the owner where everyone was, he said he could not reach them and replied *you know how it is* I was supposed to get two air vents and a bathroom fan vented. When I asked for pictures showing the mold was removed and the vents were put in, I was told that it was not a normal thing for them to do even though I said I needed them for closing purposes on my house, so I have no pictures and was told by the owner make sure I put something over my mouth when I go in the attic to take my own pictures!
