This review is long overdue. I cannot say enough about this company. My air went out over Memorial Day weekend and Carrie and Mike went so far and above any service provider that I have ever hired. They stayed the entire day and even drove over 40 minutes to another place trying to find a fan to fix my ac unit. They said they were not going to leave until I had my ac fixed. I tried to tip them and they said no, they were just so happy that I had my ac that that was what they considered their tip. The most honest, friendly and professional company of ANY type that I have ever had the pleasure of hiring. Their price was more than fair. I would recommend them to anyone and if you are reading this, you need not look any further for a company for your cooling needs. I have had very bad luck in Hillsborough County with service providers, what a blessing to have found this company. I will ALWAYS hire them for anything that I need in the future, included a whole new until.

Nicholas Pazanski was very patient with me explaining what needed to be done and what other problems that it could be. I got 5 other estimates which were totally inflated and the wrong analysis of my air conditioner units problem. The tech was on time and courteous and then when she found out the problem called to have the supervisor check it out. Highly recommend this company. We are giving them our 3 properties to maintain for the future.

Very nice and professional.

The technician, Carrie, was attentive to detail and thorough in completing the task. We had already had another company in for the same issue she was able to detect and solve the problem. She was respectful and knowledgeable.. The value for job completed was very fair.
