Air Specialties came to the house to provide a quote. Quote was much lower than I anticipated. Crew showed up for job as scheduled. Hard workers. Lots of work from high ladders for our tall ceilings. Workers were careful but I wad worried about possible dropped items ( tools, vents, etc.) I'd suggest moving fragile items near vents just to avoid an uhoh. Very satisfied with outcome.

I initially was introduced to the owner Kevin as his work truck was on the same road I was driving, and the name captivated me. I called the number and spoke to the owner. I explained we just moved in to this older home and there is a funny smell. This is not your typical air duct cleaning company that tries to schedule you in with 8 other customers in a day. Its not cleaning your ducts. Its a very thorough cleaning of your vent lines and more. Each appointment is schedule based on either Kevin or Austin looking at your attic space on how long it will take. We knew bringing in this company this was a seasoned professional, and we booked an appt time. The day before we received a confirmation. The morning of the appt the crew arrived early and did a walk through. They got to work with doing prework. They crew fininshed up, and cleaned up and put their equipment away. The crew supervisor went over what he found, and gave us a video. I asked pertinent questions and received professional feedback. We are told that within 2-3 weeks we should be having better breathing quality. Choose only the professionals for cleaner air. We are glad we did, before winter hits.

All the guys were very professional, and on time for the job. We had or ductwork cleaned from the top to the bottom. They took before and after pictures. You would be amazed at all the dirt and mold in your ductwork system. 4 guys worked on the job almost all day. We couldnâ t be happier.

We'll see if it makes a noticeable difference in our well-being, but our peace of mind has definitely been improved by the vent cleaning. Highly recommend Air Specialties for the job. They showed up on time, worked their asses off, got up into the attic and cleaned the actual trunk lines, took a lot of videos and pictures to show their results, and eliminated a lot of mold and dirt residue. Very professional, friendly, and they only do one job per day to make sure they take as long as it needs to do a thorough job.

Kevin and his crew did a great job cleaning the HVAC system in my house. He was upfront and honest about the entire project. I love how his crew takes videos of every project to show before and after. They were very thorough and did a great job! I would definitely hire them again .

We bought a smoker's house & it had very dirty ducts. We hired Kevin to clean our entire duct system & scrub walls of nicotine. He was prompt, polite & professional. He & his crew showed up 6:30 am & worked all day on it. It was 100% better when finished. Highly recommend Kevin & his team!

Air Specialists was very professional and very detail on explaining what they saw and how they were going to fix it. They were on time and very knowledgeable in this field of cleaning the mold, dust and other particles from ducks and HVAC vents. My husband was very sick with bad allergies until Air Specialists cleaned out the black mold other particles.

He gave an estimate over a year ago and stood by that estimate. They arrived and got right to work. Did an excellent job, he explained things as he went. I would highly recommend them

They were very prompt and went right to work. They explained what they were doing and why it was needed. They took photos underneath the house to show us the mold on the air ducts and trunk lines. They thoroughly cleaned out the air ducts and trunk lines along with all of the inside vents. They fogged the crawl space to destroy the mold and keep it from coming back. We have severe allergies and know that this will improve our symptoms. We would highly recommend this company.

Not only cleaned the ducts but also the trunk lines and killed bacteria and mold in the lines. I want my tenants to live in a home where they are not breathing dust allergens and mold from the A/C
