I thought the multiple options/prices given during the estimate stage was very beneficial. Air Specialty has a showroom where you can see the different types of ducting and heat pump units which is also a plus. Installation went fairly well. Had a few hickups with follow ups after the installation which prevented me from giving a Very Good rating.

Air Specialty was great. They worked with us to come up with a product at a price we could afford. The installers came in when they said they would and finished what turned out to be a tougher job installing our air handler and heat pump than expected. There were unresolved issues with the installation but they came out and fixed those right away.
