Air Stream Plumbing responded within a day and gave me a competitive quote within 3 days of first contact. Their quote was close to half of their competitors, close to industry guidelines, and I hired them to do the work. They scheduled within a week, showed up on time, and completed the project of ripping out old duct-board ducts and installing new metal duct work within two days. I recommend the company.

The technician was not prepared with the proper tools for the job. He seems somewhat knowledgeable about replacing the sewage ejector however ended up installing the new sewage output line crooked. Not sure if that will affect the operation of the system.

They called and offered same day service but we were out of town. Called when we returned and he Came out quickly and fixed the problem the same day as requested on a Friday afternoon. The AC was still not cooling adequately. They came out within an hour of calling Monday morning and worked diligently to find the rest of the problem with the AC. He did not charge for coming back the second time even though he was there an additional hour and a half. Very happy with the service and will continue to use them for future service.
