Air Strike Cooling and Heating, LLC

Air Strike installed a new A/C for me several years ago. They have always been very prompt and accommodating if there was a problem or for regular service. Today I thought my A/C had died because the screen went black and it wouldnâ t turn on. So I called for an appointment. They set me up with Bryan who had been here before. He called before he came out to suggest something I might try to see if it worked before he came out and had to charge me for service. He said he knew I was on a fixed income and wanted to help. What he suggested worked and my A/C came right back on. Now I ask you! Who else would do that? He could have come out and done the simple thing and charged me for the service call. I know lots of people who would have. Air Strike is the best!

All persons involved in the installation of the A/C were obliging/knowledgeable/courteous and patient to my many questions. The installers kept their work place clean and were considerate of my home. I had never heard of this business before, but now they are on my "keeper" list. Job well done!

I had no heat,,so,,,i called Air Strike and them here,,next day and decided to change the whoile sytem so all was new,,,They were here early the next morning, and finished my the afternoon, Also, seems the main manager of the all, Lee, is one super guy, showing me everything that they installed and he knows everything about these units too,,he was great help, plus he installed new stat right with me there explaning it all to me so i know exactly what i am doing,,,great place,,and Lee,,,,great guy working for them too, I am so glad i had them replace my old unit,,them,,and Lee,,,the best...use them

There are bogus reviews on this site - I did not write the review that appears on June 2021. This company installed a system that they know nothing about - the installer short circuited the circuit boards and left me with no A/C for weeks - the units leaked and damaged my ceiling - the installer told me it was my fault! Now it is winter the heating does not work - waited 10 days during the coldest period of time - company tells me that they are waiting for the manufacturer to solve the problem as they do not know how to fix it. I am not in the habit of writing bad reviews but people should be aware of what sort of company they are dealing with. Lastly customer service is non existent in this company - if you call you get a dispatcher who cannot answer your questions and is very evasive.

They diagnosed the problem right away . Took his time fixing the problem and the price was reasonable.

Bought 2 new 4 tons Heat pumps inside and out new AC one of them had no problems the other one had problems since day one Have had multiple AC companies out there and the coil is leaking to the point it is growing mold in my house airstrike /Goodman Will do anything about it The company lies to you just to get your money and then does not back their product or their warranty my unit is no more than 2 1/2 years old and have had them out here at least six times on paper one time they just painted over the mold and said it will not come back well it?s back in worse than ever do not use airstrike ac

Did not pull permit before starting. demanded full payment before inspection. still have not been inspected. 8000$ job chintz out on 36$ dampers to balance system bedrooms cold living room so so runs constantly when hot can not get to temperature told us working correctly without dampers no way to balance system. extra they said done thing they do answer phone and come out but not happy with quality at all

My 30 year old air system finally gave out. Called Airstrike for service and they installed a new system the next day, it only took a couple of hours. Great deal and great service!

The min-split took time to learn how to set the temp as it is a feels like not actual temp. The phone support was great and the install crew had the unit running in no time. Would recommend Air Strike Cooling and Heating for all your AC needs.

Brian was fair and amazing this was my 2nd opinion the 1st company came out and diagnosed something entirely different and wanted to charge 3 times as much Brian came went into attic and immediately found the problem something minor he was amazing i will never trust anyone for my ac problem but him

A 4 -Zone Re-ducting of a large house. Well executed in general, but the installers failed to provide the Equipment specified in the Contract (this is what we use) or to take the necessary Static Pressure measurements to insure a balanced airflow- the airflow is tornado-like and impossible to regulate. The correct Zone Board (Honeywell) might have matched better with our variable speed Bryant System The rear sitting room especially identified in our Scope of Work Sheet as a problem remains uncooled. The contract called for a Re-engineering of the system, but installers simply seem to have matched the dysfunctional system they saw on arrival. The ductwork layout is a gross improvement over what we had, but the air pressure delivered to some rooms, our MBR for example cannot be contained by our 18; Ceiling Return- the air blowing under our bdrm door would sail a small boat across the floor. A tech was dispatched to check our relatively new Bryant Equipment- which is fine. He was very capable in the AC Hardware but was not acquainted with the Zone Board installed, and not a specialist in Ductwork. No changes were made. We have sent more than 10 emails to AirStrike over a 6 month period requesting a meeting and /or phone conversation. They are uniformly unresponsive, and the one instance that I was able to speak to the Business Manager, Frank he seemed totally unfamiliar with AC Zone Systems in general, and the Zone Board they installed. I had to send over an installation Tech Sheet that I found online that outlined the proper procedures. My feeling is that the company that I signed the agreement with did not do the Ductwork and Zone Board installation, and that seems to have made it impossible to get resolution. I have tried Very Hard to reach an amicable solution to no avail. I would not use these people ever again.

The Customer Service Rep is a rude woman. She hangs up the phone when you call to request assistance with the equipment installed. The company does not want to come out and get the equipment running properly. The name of the owner of the company is kept secret as she would not disclose who owns the company. This customer rep needs to be reevaluated as she has the habit of hanging up the phone on customers. This company does not want to honor the warranty agreement signed. This company would be reported to the Better Business Bureau for investigation.

the technician was very detailed in his work. He explained all he did and was courteous during all the time he worked.
