They were super professional and thorough. They addressed all of my concerns. From the person on the phone to the technician that came out - they were all amazing! I highly recommend them and I agreed to sign up for regular maintenance. My regular AC guy retired and it took me a long time to find a replacement. They did an awesome job!

The quote was lower then some others but when soldering the AC line they caused some minor burns to nearby plastic covers and pipes. Their phone operator also tried to convince me the condensate pump I am using is significantly more expensive then it actually is. Google exists, I know what it costs.

I reached out to them via Angie's List and the replied right away. They were able to come and fix my home AC that same day and got to work once we talked about the price. The workers were very professional and the person I spoke with at the office was very transparent and gave me a fair price. Can't thank them enough - I would recommend them to anyone in Miami.
