They fixed the issue. When the home was built they installed the furnace/ air conditioning system incorrectly. They figured out what needed to be done and corrected it.

They did good work, but when it came to finishing the little stuff, they still haven't. They installed everything, but I bought a covering for the AC line. They installed what they could buy that day and never finished the rest of it. I have talked to them 4 times and they said they would come out the next day to finish, but never came out. As for the inspection of my furnace, they said they scheduled it 2 times and still haven't had the inspection. If you want someone to follow through don't expect them too.
